WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE FOR PRINTS?
We are proud to use Hahnemühle Photo Rag fine art paper. Made from 100% cotton, Hahnemühle Photo Rag meets the highest standards of color range, depth, contrast, rendering and color gradation and the matte finish makes it ideal for viewing image detail from any angle. Every print is inspected for color and tonal accuracy, allowed to dry, sprayed for protection, manually cut, packaged and shipped.

WILL MY PRINT MATCH MY MONITOR COLOR OR BRIGHTNESS ACCURATELY?
Please note that colors may vary from monitor to monitor, what you see on your monitor may be slightly different from the print that you receive. However, the print you receive is exactly the color, brightness, and saturation that the artist has intended.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
Yes. Details of the frames include:
+Wooden and metal frames feature UV-shielding plexiglass, which protects against about 89% of UV rays and 92% of light transmission
+Custom cut acid-free 4-ply white mats with beveled edges
+Archival acid-free foam core backing

Once you place your order, your print is made to order. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for your delivery.
Please note that framing is not available for P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or international countries with the exception of Canada.
WHAT ARE YOUR MATTING OPTIONS FOR LOOSE AND/OR FRAMED PRINTS
OPTION 1) Prints with a mat are our preferred choice to ensure a protective barrier for the print. It is also the most common option because of its look and ability to make smaller prints larger on your wall. We recommend this style when framing prints that are 16x20" and smaller. The mats are custom cut with beveled edges and are 1.5" to 3" all around depending on the size of the print.
OPTION 2) No Mat simply means that there is no mat. When framing larger prints 16x20 and up, not having a mat can look very nice.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of our artwork and products, all sales are final. We have a non-returnable, non-refundable policy. However, if your print or product arrives damaged, please contract us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we only offer domestic shipping within the United States of America through our website. Please contact us at email@example.com for a quote on international shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We typically ship unframed prints 7 business days from the time of payment. Table top frames from The Frame Shop take 2 weeks to process and then ship. Framed wall prints take 3-4 weeks. Folios and albums can take up to 8 weeks to process before they ship.

WHAT IF MY PRINT OR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
From time to time, a print might become damaged during shipping. Please contact us and we will gladly replace it for you.
