my newborn and baby portrait sessions are in full swing this summer. here is a newborn session from a wonderful charlotte family who was so much fun! dad was totally into creating these gorgeous setups for baby and they turned out fantastic. I’ve actually wanted to do the “hanging baby” pose for a while so I was totally psyched when mom said she really wanted it.

I’m still here, buried under a mountain of images to edit and orders to process. but ’tis the season and I am enjoying every moment of it. i’ve got to hang out with some really fun families and some gorgeous newborns. i am having a blast in this last crazy bit of the holiday season. i am booking january and february 2011 (wow 2011??) sessions now so if you are pregnant and due during those months or if you’d like a winter session now is a great time to reserve your spot!

and here is a little teaser for one of the recent new moms….such a precious little girl! congrats to her happy family!

I’m so behind on my blogging! Fall portrait season is well under way and I have been SWAMPED – which, believe me, I’m not complaining about!! I’m pretty much booked for anything intended before Christmas, but if that doesn’t matter to you I still have some 2010 dates available for December and I’ve already cracked opened up the calender for 2011! I’m completely jealous of this little guy because he gets to grow up on the cutest little farm just outside of Charlotte. He’ll grow up with chickens, horses, and even goats! I am offering two options with this offer. You can either book a 2010 session now at this special price or if your unsure of when exactly you’d like to do a session this year, you can purchase a voucher to use prior to December 31st (think fall portrait season or holiday card season). This is a great deal and it only comes around once a year so you’ll want to take advantage of this right away.
